Information Around Install Base Item Instance If A Contract Would Be Created (Doc ID 2994108.1)

Questions around Install Base item instance creation along with if a Contract is created. 

a) How to differentiate whether Installed Base is created by the System (from sales Order) or Manually by the User?

b) Which fields of the table get populated when Installed Base is created manually?

c) How does the contract get created when the check box is checked?

d) Where the value of create contract check box gets stored in the back end table when its checked and unchecked
If its not stored any where then how system know that contract creation should be initiated when check box is checked and should call contract creation process when its unchecked.

e) When we do not check the create_contract check box it does not create the Warranty.  Does this mean that it will pass value as 'FALSE' to API by parametere : instance_rec.call_contracts?

f) There is Profile CSI: Contracts Enabled which need to be set to Y if we want to created Warranty.  If we set it as 'N' and even if we check the Create Contract check box , it won't create a Warranty?

g) Which field should be considered for Warranty creation if the contract create check box is disabled (Profile CSI: Contracts Enabled = N) from IB UI page?
