'Schedule Orders' program is running more than regular duration.
No issue if Operating Unit parameter is not entered.

Expected time to complete is 2 min but taking hours to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Submit "Schedule Orders" program
Enter parameters:
Operating Unit
Booked = Y
Incl Pickable Lines = Y
Warehouse
