Performance Issue While Packing Serial Controlled Items (Doc ID 2994187.1)

Symptoms

Users are facing performance issues with the packing operation. This is observed while calling the procedure inv_txn_manager_pub.process_transactions to process the transaction interface records for serial controlled items.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Go to Warehouse Manager > Packing Workbench
2) Perform packing for serial controlled items and the slowness is seen.
