When attempting to open Invoice Batches form, the following error occurs:

ERROR

FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility

2. Invoices>Entry>Invoice Batches

3. Open Invoice batches form
