User receiving JBO-27122 SQL error when trying to Open the budget page and Claims Page  under Channel Revenue Management:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications and go to (R) Oracle Trade Management User
2. (N) Oracle Trade Management User > Oracle Trade Management User > Channel Revenue Management > Budget
3. Trying to access budgets and then the error pops up
