When attempting to cancel an approved blanket release, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchase Order Summary to Release
2. Query Release and go to Tools, Control, Cancel Release
3. Error occurs

Changes

Preparer_user_name was longer than 100 characters.
