Aging Buckets Are Not Displaying Correctly In ECC Receivables If The Due Date Is Manually Updated On An Invoice (Doc ID 2994592.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Aging Buckets in ECC Receivables, the aging bucket graph is not showing all aging buckets in relation to the invoices displayed in the transaction list.

The issue occurs when the due date for the invoice is manually updated in the Account Details screen.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Receivables Command Center

  1. In the Outstanding Receivables dashboard, view the Aging graph and verify the buckets that are displayed, match the invoices showing in the Transaction List.
  2. Select a specific invoice and manually change the due date so that it falls into a different bucket.
  3. Run the incremental data load and view the aging again.  The new bucket that the invoice was moved into, doesn't display in ECC.
