Symptoms
When attempting to run Customer Merge, the Attachments are not transferred to the To Customer Account that was merged
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Responsibility: Trading Community Manager Navigation: Data Quality Management > Party Merge
Select the Parties to be Merged > Submit
Go to Customers > Standard > Query the Merged Party > Party merged succesfully and accounts showing under merged Party
Using Telesales Responsibility > Go tot eBusiness Center Form > Query for the accounts > Add attachments
Using Trading Community Manager Responsibility> Trading Community > Customers > Account Merge
Enter 'From' Customer number (having attachments) > Enter 'To' Customer number (having attachments)
Save > Merge
Using Telesales Responsibility > Go tot eBusiness Center Form > Query the account merged > Attachment from the To Account not transffered
