RAXMRG: Customer Merge Program Not Transffering Attachments to the Merged Customer When Using eBusiness Center Form (Doc ID 2994743.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Customer Merge, the  Attachments are not transferred to the To Customer Account that was merged

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
Navigation:      Data Quality Management > Party Merge

  1. Select the Parties to be Merged > Submit
  2. Go to Customers > Standard > Query the Merged Party > Party merged succesfully and accounts showing under merged Party
  3. Using Telesales Responsibility > Go tot eBusiness Center Form > Query for the accounts > Add attachments
  4. Using Trading Community Manager Responsibility> Trading Community > Customers > Account Merge
  5. Enter 'From' Customer number (having attachments) > Enter 'To' Customer number (having attachments)
  6. Save > Merge
  7. Using Telesales Responsibility > Go tot eBusiness Center Form > Query the account merged > Attachment from the To Account not transffered
