R12:AP:1099 Tax-Div Form Is Not Available After Applying Latest 1099 Patches (Doc ID 2994753.1)

Goal

Why are we unable to find 1099 tax DIV form after applying the latest 1099 patches? Why is "DIV" value missing in LOV of "return type" parameter of 1099 Forms concurrent program?
 

Issue can be reproduced with the following steps

  1. Navigate to Payables Manager responsibility->View->Requests->Run
  2. Submit a single request->1099 Forms
  3. Enter the required OU
  4. In parameters window, for the parameter "return type" it only shows MISC and NEC values in the list of values
