Enabling Auditing Results In ORA-01455: Converting Column Overflows Integer Datatype (Doc ID 2994867.1)

After unified auditing has been enabled, users are getting the following error on login page:

ORACLE error 1455 in afpodbinit
Cause: afpodbinit failed due to ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype.
