When copying a Service Request (SR) to create a new SR, the PO Number(Purchase Order Number) from the source SR header also gets copied to the new SR header.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Service responsibility.
2. Open Service Request form.
3. Create a new Service Request with PO Number information.
4. Copy the SR.
