Symptoms

When attempting to run HRGLOBAL after installing 2023 End of Year Phase 2 Patch 36110000_R12.PAY.C
the following error occurs  while running pycredbi.sql

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In an Adop session, Apply patch p36110000_R12.PAY.C_R12.
2. Execute datainstall and HRGLOBAL
