Unable To Receive The Remaining Quantity Of A Dropship PO Line As The Sales Order Line Is Closed (Doc ID 2995606.1)

Symptoms

The remaining quantity of the Dropship Purchase Order cannot be received.
For example, out of a 10000 quantity of the Dropship, only 375 have been received and billed.
But the line status of the related Dropship Sales Order line is 'Closed'.
Hence the remaining quantity cannot be received and billed for the remaining lines of the Purchase Order.

Steps

1. Navigate Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Summary
2. Query for the Purchase Order and click the Open button
3. Place the cursor on on the line and click the Shipments button and see Ordered=10000, Received=375, Billed=375 but the Dropship Sales Order Line is closed
