'Add From Task List' Option Is Not Available In Tasks Section Of Active Initiatives (Doc ID 2995743.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Sourcing, after creating a sourcing initiative, user can add a task manually or can use a predefined task list to add new tasks
to the draft initiative. After activating the initiative, user want to add new tasks to it, however application is providing to add tasks
only manually without the option to add tasks from a task list. Users expect to be able to add tasks from lists when creating initiatives.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Oracle Sourcing Responsibility> Initiatives tab
2. Create a new Initiative
3. While adding Tasks to the initiative, an option to add tasks from task list does not show any values.
