When attempting to run the Mass Additions Create process, the following error occurs:

ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables occurred in
->AP_MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE_PKG.MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE

The issue can be reproduced by following the below steps:

1. Using Payables Manager responsibility

2. Navigate to Other > Requests

3. Click on Single Request

4. Enter Request Name: Mass Additions Create

5. Enter Parameters

6. Click Ok

7. Click on Submit
