Symptoms

When updating the agreement Amount for the existing agreement using API PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.UPDATE_AGREEMENT the following error occurs.

PA_BU_AMOUNT_NOT_UPDATEABLE_AM


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SQLPLUS using APPS user.

2. Call API PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.UPDATE_AGREEMENT.
