PAXINEAG Cannot Fund Project Agreement for a New Customer - FRM: 41830 List of values Contains no entries (Doc ID 2997069.1)

Symptoms

User added a new customer on a project, created a new agreement for it but cannot fund it.

Below error is encountered in PAXINEAG Funding form:
     FRM: 41830: List of values Contains no entries


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Use a Project Super User responsibility.
2- Projects → Find and Open a project → Go to "Customers and Contacts" to add a new customer on the project → Save.
3- Billing → Agreements → Create a new agreement for this customer → Save.
4- Use Funding button to add funds for the project / task.
