Site Hub Hierarchy Is Showing Blank Screen (Doc ID 2997383.1)

Symptoms

When User logs into Site Hub and selects the Hierarchy page, the Hierarchy page shows as a blank screen.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Site Management User > Sites > Hierarchy
2. Site Hierarchy screen is blank
