How Can One Mass Update List Qualifier On Modifiers? Is there an API? (Doc ID 2997829.1)

Business requirement is to remove a record from the List Qualifiers setup in the Modifiers as part of an enhancement.

Since there are nearly 1000 Modifiers, it is difficult to manually remove the record in each one.

Is there an API or a script to update/remove the values from the List qualifiers in the Modifier with large number of records 1000+?
