Iprocurement, System Allows To Submit Change Request Even After Menu Exclusion Function: 'View My Reqs Change Order' (Doc ID 2998326.1)

Symptoms

In iProcurement, the system allows the submission of a change request on a requisition even after the menu function 'View My Reqs Change Order' is excluded.
The user expects the system not to allow them to submit a change request after the menu is excluded.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator.
2. Navigate to Security > Responsibility > Define.
3. Query the iProcurement responsibility.
4. Exclude Function: Under the Exclusion menu tab, enter the function (View My Reqs Change Order).
5. Login to iProcurement Responsibility by the requester (same user).
6. Navigate to the Requisition Tab.
7. Select a requisition and click on Change.
8. The system allows to perform the changes against the requisition.
