In the Edit Shopping Cart page while using the shopping cart in iProcurement, the indicator for "I need a Purchase Order number immediately" is greyed out and cannot be selected.

 
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using iProcurement responsibility, navigate to Shopping Cart.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Click down arrow "Show delivery and billing section" to see additional details.
4. The option "I need a Purchase Order number immediately" is not available to select (Greyed out)
