ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When submitting CLE: Fixed Asset Detailed Report - Asset Distribution, observed below issues:

1. CLE: Fixed Asset Detailed Report - Asset Distribution details appearing multiple times for same transaction in report.
2. CLE: Fixed Asset Detailed Report - when running report for corporate book it's fetching Tax\Local book details also. It should require to have only corporate book details.
3. The Asset Distribution details are not available in the report whenever they do not have an employee assignment. The report should at least display the units, location and depreciation expense account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1. CLE: Fixed Asset Detailed Report - Asset Distribution details to appear once;
2. Report should have only corporate book details.
3. The report should at least display the units, location and depreciation expense account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request
3. Run CLE: Fixed Asset Detailed Report
