OPM Accounting Pre-Processor Log File Shows Error 'ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP1' (Doc ID 2999109.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor
the following error occurs in the concurrent request log file.
DBA has already extended the temp segment in the tablespace.

ERROR

Error number: -127
Error message: ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP1

In some cases, customers have seen the below error messages in View Error Messages for the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor reference number in addition to the error above in the log file.

GLUPD_ITEM_LOAD_FAILED:Unable to load item master. Contact system admin.
GLUPD_INIT_FAILED: General Ledger Update Initialisation Failed
GLUPD_PM_OPRN_DTL_LOAD_FAILED: Unable to load POC transactions. Contact system admin.
GLUPD_CMNO_RSRC_COST: No resource cost for Org: %s1, Resource: %s2, Date: %s3, Cost type: %s4.
GLUPD_CMNO_COST: No cost for Item:%s1, Org:%s2, Cost Org:%s3, Date:%s4.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: OPM Accounting Pre-Processor
3. Submit request for the period and source, check concurrent request log file for errors. To view error messages, query the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor reference number and go to Actions > View Error Messages.
