Creating a Hold Source on a Sales Order Errors with FRM-40735 ON-ERROR Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-06508 (Doc ID 2999135.1)

Symptoms

On the order organizer and attempting to create a hold source
while entering 2 criteria (item and customer number),
the following error occurs on the form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Navigate to: Orders Returns > Open the Order Organizer
3. Directly going to tools--> Create hold source
  Enter 2 criteria
  1) item (no issue in this)
  2) customer number
  when one enters the customer number, it spins for a while and gives the above error message.


* If one uses only 1 criteria, like customer name, it works fine
