Symptoms

When trying to complete a Bills Receivables in Bills Receivables Form, the following error occurs:

APP-AR-96944: You cannot complete bill receivable XXXX. Please check the bill receivable or the transactions assigned to it.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Bills Receivables > Transactions
     1. Insert Source, Type, Drawee details
     2. Tab Bank Accounts > Insert Account Number and Remittance Bank details
     3. Click on Assignments > Assign a Transaction
     4. Save and click Complete

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.2.9 to 12.2.11
