Symptoms
When open Analyst LOV on Customer Profile Classes, the end-dated Credit Analyst is still displayed. In CRM Resource Manager, the role Credit Analyst for the Resource was end dated.
1. Query the Resource > End Date the Credit Analyst Role 2. Using Receivables Manger Responsibility > Customers > Profile Classes > Query a Profile Class 3. Open Analyst LOV > Issue occurs
