For Vietnam Language, when trying to update the Personal Information, the National Identifier column is showing as:

Không tìm thấy thông báo. Application: PER, Thông báo Name: HR_NATIONAL_ID_NUMBER_VN

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Logged in to application using Vietnam Language

2. Navigate to Employee Self-Service responsibility

3. Goto to Personal Information -> Basic Detail section

4. The National Identifier column is not showing as expected
