Symptoms
In EBS,when creating vacation rule setup for earlier date than the current date the vacation rule setup failed with below error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application
2.In EBS home page click on vacation rules hyperlink and create a rule as per below date
First rule starts 15/11/2023 17:01:00 and ends 30/11/2023 17:00:00.
Second rule starts 01/11/2023 17:00:00 and ends 15/11/2023 17:00:00
3.Save the changes
