Symptoms
When attempting to login to Oracle Business Network via URL https://businessnetwork.oracle.com/obn/vp/shell/login ,
the following error occurs
ERROR
"There is a Problem with your account. Please call Support"
"There is a Problem with your account. Please call Support"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to https://businessnetwork.oracle.com/obn/vp/shell/login
2. Attempt to login
3. Error occurs
