Symptoms
Error observed while accessing Asset location details in ECC Dashboard for all assets.
Value XXXX for the flexfield segment XXXX_XXX does not exist in the value set XXX_XX_XXXX.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Oracle Assets, Menu: Assets Command Center
2. Navigate to Asset Location tab.
3. Observe that error is appearing for all the assets in Asset Location column.
