Symptoms

When updating a PO or changing amount, user receives error

ERROR

The tax rate or the tax recovery rate is no longer effective for this shipment

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility

2. Go to Buyer Work Center > Orders > Search for the Purchase Order

3. Click on Update button

4. Change the Amount

5. Try Save

6. Error Appears on the Orders page
