The investor agreement activation is erroring out for contracts with Finance Fee line payments in arrears having zero payment line at the end after non zero payment line with the following error:

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("OKL"."OKL_STRM_ELEMENTS"."AMOUNT") in Package Okl_Sel_Pvt Procedure V_tbl_insert_row

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, author a contract and book it.
2. Contract should have the following configuration:
- Asset payments in arrears.
- Finance Fee line in arrears.
- Payments should have a zero at the end after the non-zero payment line in Fin Fee payments.
3. Create the Fixed Pool.
4. Create an investor agreement for fixed inv product and change the disb amount percent.
5. Activate the IA and receive the error.
