Symptoms

Tax liability accounting is not interfaced to GL for AR invoice billed from sales order. It is expected that for Bill Only item accounting will be interfaced to GL when Auto Invoice is run and AR Invoice is created in COMPLETED status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Auto-invoice for Sales Order source to import AR invoice.
    India Local Receivables-> Interfaces->Autoinvoice

2. Review tax details on AR workbench and observe that tax is generated:
    India Local Receivables-> Oracle Receivables-> Transactions-> Tools-> India Tax Details

3. Run Journal Import in GL and observe that no journal is imported.
    General Ledger Super User-> Journals-> Import-> Run
