Goal
User has inactivated an item in the Inventory Item Master. When user enters the item on its own on Sales Order form, Oracle will provide an error message. However when the same item is entered as part of a kit, Oracle will accept the item and allow user to book the order.
Why is the item acting as active in a kit, when it is really inactive?
