Symptoms

Patch 34207806 is failing with below error :

ERROR generating library "resource/ARXRWAPP.plx" from input file
/apps/UAT/apps/fs2/EBSapps/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/ARXRWAPP.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /apps/UAT/apps/fs2/EBSapps/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/ARXRWAPP.err
AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)
