After Amend Term Duplicate Lines Are Displayed In Approval Notification - Payment Terms Modified/Added Section (Doc ID 3000435.1)

Symptoms

After performing Amend Term action for a Lease, when the Approver goes into the Workflow approval screen, they would see duplicate line of the amendment performed in the Approval Notification -> Payment Terms Modified/Added section.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Property Manager responsibility > Leases and Documents > Main Lease
2. query the Lease > Amend Term > enter the new details > submit the Lease for approval
3. Approval Notification -> Payment Terms Modified/Added section duplicate line is displayed
