Symptoms
Get an error when an employee applies for leave of Absence from Self-Service Responsibility.The work flow not sending notifications to the approver , and the Workflow status monitor and wfstat output shows error
"ORA-20001: Unable to build the Supervisor Hierarchy, no person record exists with the person id 113872 as of sysdate."
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login with Employee Self-Service
2. Navigate to Absence Management
3. Enter absence and submit for approval.
4. Approver never receives notification for approval
5. Workflow status monitor and wfstat output shows error
