Symptoms


Find that 'JTM Master Concurrent Program' is running for more than 12 hours when submitted with 'Lookup' parameter.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Mobile Field Service Administrator responsibility.
2. Run JTM Master Concurrent Program with Lookup parameter.
