Search Result Does Not Change Using Page Numbers On Item Advanced Search Page

Symptoms
When clicking on next page, the content on the page should also get refresh once the page range get changed. However search result does not change using page numbers or Next Page option on Attribute Criteria on Item Advanced Search Page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Development Manager-> Item Catalog -> Item Advanced Search"
2. Under option "Search Criteria" on page click on "Personalize" option
3. Click on "Update" button against the option which having more than 10 items
4. Now click Next or select 11-20 or any other option from drop-down
5. Will see that the page numbers have been switched to "11-20", but the contents of the list have not changed from the contents of items 1-10
