Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the E-Business Suite Application.
2. Accessing the corresponding Responsibility.
3. Submitting and running the concurrent requests.
4. The output file for some concurrent requests is saved as FNDWRR.txt
