On : 12.2 version
When attempting to start & stop the application services
The following error messages is reported in EBS_web.log file
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS) 10.3.6.0.230117
2. Started Application services
3. The above error was continuously reported in the EBS_Web log
Changes
Upgrade Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS) to 10.3.6.0.230117
Also system upgrade to 19c(exadata) and applied 19c related ATG patches and middleTier patches
