R12.2, OAF, Remove Buttons at the Bottom of Search Pages (Doc ID 3000779.1)

In R12.1, OAF search pages has Cancel and Select buttons both at Top and Bottom.

However in R12.2 buttons at the bottom of serach page are removed.
