R12:CE: In Cash in Transit Report the Remitted Receipts That Are Uncleared Are Not Present (Doc ID 3000871.1)

Symptoms

Cash in Transit Report (CIT) not showing receipts in Remitted status, after being unreconciled from a bank statement line
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Receivables Responsibility  -> Receipts -> Create a receipt -> remitted status, it is shown on the CIT report
2. The same receipt is then cleared (either manually or by reconciling it to a bank statement line) in Cash management responsibility->Bank Statement -> Manual Clearing ->the receipt it is no longer shown on the CIT report - this is expected behaviour
3. Unclear the receipt (either manually or by unreconciling it from a bank statement line) -> the receipt is not shown in CIT - this is unexpected
