Perform Physical Inventory Adjustments Using Lot / Serial , Find Completing In Error: SQL Error(Main-11c), Error Code = 0 (Doc ID 3000873.1)

Symptoms

Find after upgrading from R12.1.13 to R12.2.12. In the 12.2 instance the Perform physical inventory Adjustments when submitted for a subinventory, the program is failing with the following error message in the log:

Error
"In If part After Insert in If block
SQL Error(Main-11c), Error Code = 0"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Inventory > Transactions > Physical Inventory Adjustment
2. Error occurs.

 Upgraded from R12.1.13 to R12.2.12.
