Problem Statement:

Effective Jan-2024, CPF limit of 102000.00 per year limit is not being followed for AW (Additional Wages).
Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: SG HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Assignment > Entries
3. Enter Bonus/ Additional Wages element and save
4. Navigate Assignment > Others > Quickpay
5. Run payroll quickpay for Jan-2024
6. Check the results
