Symptoms

When attempting to get the EBS login page after cloning
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clone the EBS environment from source
2. Restore the Wallets and cacerts taken as backup before clone
3. Update the opmn.conf, ssl.conf and admin.conf per TLS NOTE:1367293.1
