Symptoms
When attempting to run the Generic Loader (FNDLOAD) concurrent program,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_MENUS_TL_U2) violated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run (FNDLOAD) concurrent program
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_MENUS_TL_U2) violated
Changes
Duplicate rows found in the Integration Repository table
Run below query to check if the record already exists before loading
