- Federal Adjustment Type
- FV Accounted Paid Expenditure PYA Amount
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in as the Federal Financials Administrator
- Navigate to Setup -> Accounting Setups -> Accounting Methods Builder -> Methods and Definitions -> Application Accounting Definitions
- Select the Treasury Accomplishment event Class
- Select the Journal Line Definition button
- Use the "All Segments" option to default the account
- Create a new Account Derivation Rule with the following rules:
4901001 if Federal Fund Type = 'CF' OR Federal Fund Type = 'DF'
4902001 if Federal Prior Year Flag != 'Y'
4972001 if Federal Prior Year Flag = 'Y' AND Federal Adjustment Type = 'Downward'
4982001 if Federal Prior Year Flag = 'Y' AND Federal Adjustment Type = 'Upward' - Save the changes
- Use this new rule to account for a Treasury Confirmation
If the adjustment is a prior year upward adjustment, the account derivation rule should select 4982001. If the adjustment is prior year downward
adjustment, the account derivation rule should select 4972001. There is no rule rule for no adjustments.
