Symptoms
When attempting to approve transactions in Manager Self Service > Worklist or All Actions Waiting for your Attention, the following error occurs.
The changes were not applied because ORA-20001: This person is not eligible for the element associated with this absence type.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to 'Manager Self-Service' responsibility
2. Navigate to Worklist or 'All Actions Awaiting Your Attention', open notification
3. Attempt to approve the notification
