R12: IBY: Issue with "ibyccupd.sql" During Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2

Symptoms
During process of upgrading EBS environment from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.0 base it failed with following error:
sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '/u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ibyccupd.sql &un_ap &batchsize 13 16'
Connected.
